     "EMPOWERED TO SAY NO"

WHO WE ARE

B.E.S.T. for Safety is a non-profit organization dedicated to Empowering participants through instruction for Personal Safety and building Self Confidence.

OUR MISSION

is to provide Socio-Emotional and Physical Self-Defense instruction. This instruction is intended to help participants develop the skills needed to avoid and/or escape from a potentially dangerous situation.

OUR EMPHASIS

is on "ESCAPE".  We do not encourage, or teach "FIGHTING". The physical techniques we teach are simple, effective and easy to remember.  We do not teach "fighting", but we do teach how to "FIGHT" for your life!
